Berry Smoothie Bowl

Looking for a nutrient dense breakfast?? Here it is! Loaded with healthy carbs that include lots of fiber, plant based proteins and pure deliciousness. All you need is a blender and the ingredients!

Ingredients:

To blend:

  • 1/2 cup of berries of choice

  • huge handful of spinach

  • 1 Tbsp ground chia/flax seed

  • 1 packet of dragon fruit puree (or powder in link below)

  • 1 cup of non-dairy milk, I prefer oat milk

For toppings:

  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1/2 - 1 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds

  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

  • Chopped frozen pineapple

***All toppings are optional
