Berry Smoothie Bowl
Looking for a nutrient dense breakfast?? Here it is! Loaded with healthy carbs that include lots of fiber, plant based proteins and pure deliciousness. All you need is a blender and the ingredients!
Ingredients:
To blend:
1/2 cup of berries of choice
huge handful of spinach
1 Tbsp ground chia/flax seed
1 packet of dragon fruit puree (or powder in link below)
1 cup of non-dairy milk, I prefer oat milk
For toppings:
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
1/2 - 1 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Chopped frozen pineapple
***All toppings are optional
