Easy Weekday Breakfast

This is a simple, fast, wholesome breakfast for you! Add in a half a grapefruit for added goodness.

Scrambled eggs with avocado toast and chia seeds


Recipe:

1 whole egg, 1 egg white

Slice of whole grain bread of choice (Dave's Bread)

1/2 Avocado

1 Tbsp Chia seeds (Like these!)


While you scramble the eggs, toast the bread and slice the avocado. Top the toast with avocado and eggs and then add the chia seeds! If you like a little spice, add your favorite hot sauce. This is one of my go-to hot sauces…Pepper Plant
